cores are manufactured with nanocrystalline iron based amorphous alloy. These cores provide high saturation flux density & very low losses as compared to the other conventional magnetic material. These cores are suitable for power transformer or inductor used in high frequency application.

NANO CRYSTALLINE TOROIDAL CORES

The Nano Crystalline Cores are made from Iron based Soft magnetic material. These are derived from Crystalline Amorphous ribbon and subsequent heat treatment around 500-600° C .The typical grain size is only 10 nanometers hence the name Nano Crystalline.

There appears to be no limitation to the type of cores that can be manufactured from Nano Crystalline material: C-cores, E-cores , Uncased Toroids, Cased Toroids, Multiple cuts Gapped Toroids, etc.

Blocks are manufactured with iron based Nanocrysatlline alloy.These blocks offer a unique combination of high saturation induction, high permeability and low losses.

These Blocks can be arranged in different layouts.
